As a senior member of Citi’s Asia Trade Executive committee, Mr Panigrahi oversees balance sheet & capital management, trade asset defeasance strategy, portfolio management, and in-business risk functions for trade.
As Asia Region Head for Export & Agency Finance (EAF), Mr Panigrahi lead a team responsible for originating and structuring Agency enhanced debt & trade finance solutions for clients in Asia partnering with global Agencies; and for global clients partnering with Asian Agencies. As part of this, Mr Panigrahi develops and implements a market leading strategy, manage a high-performance team, manage engagement with key clients, while delivering on profitability goals and maintaining a pristine risk & governance environment.

Mr Panigrahi also focuses on using our synergies to embed Export & Agency Finance credit enhancements in traditional Trade Finance & Working Capital products and leverage our partnership with global Agencies.
